About the Role:

The Corporate Traveling Director of Nursing (DON) for Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care for HMG plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing nursing operations across multiple facilities in Texas and Kansas. This position requires a dynamic leader who can travel to various locations to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, implement best practices, and elevate the quality of patient care. The DON will collaborate closely with facility administrators, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency. Minimum Qualifications:
