Job DescriptionRole Summary/Purpose: The Corporate Total Rewards Leader will lead the strategy and delivery of comprehensive Total Rewards programs across the global Corporate Functions. As a senior leader within the HR team, and reporting to the Vice President 6 Total Rewards, this individual will be a thought leader and strategic partner to executive leadership, providing expertise and strategic guidance in the areas of compensation, benefits, and incentives. Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR leadership in the global Total Rewards space, serving as an advisor and subject matter expert in the evaluation, design, execution, and leadership of global Total Rewards programs and strategies aligned with the organization's strategic priorities.
- Lead the development and implementation of competitive global compensation practices and governance standards across GE Vernova Corporate, aimed at attracting and retaining top talent in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with the Executive Compensation Team on matters related to executive compensation and market trends.
- Oversee the management and advancement of global compensation and benefits programs, including base salary structures, variable incentive compensation, long-term incentives, and recognition programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Leverage knowledge of international market conditions and competitive talent landscapes specific to the Corporate Functions + Accelerator Businesses (Advanced Research Center, Financial Service, Consulting Services) to tailor compensation strategies effectively. Conduct job analysis, evaluation, and salary survey initiatives transparently.
- Analyze internal and external data trends to support the design and implementation of new total rewards programs, ensuring equitable pay and alignment with strategic goals.
- Partner horizontally with L&E and Total Rewards teams to ensure adherence to enterprise-wide global compensation practices, governance standards, and compliance with legal regulations.
- Drive effective communication of compensation, benefits, and wellness programs to enhance employee awareness and understanding of offered programs.
- Lead strategic compensation projects and participate in cross-functional HR initiatives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Corporate Total Rewards team, embodying the GE Vernova Way and delivering coaching, mentoring, proactive communication, and development opportunities.
- Lead Total Rewards initiatives in support of acquisition and divestiture activities, including due diligence, integration planning, and implementation.
- Develop the strategy and oversee the delivery of standard compensation programs within the United States for both hourly and salaried populations.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent knowledge or experience
- At least 10 years experience in HR or compensation-related roles
- Extensive progressive experience in global Total Rewards leadership roles across complex, matrixed, and multinational organizations.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team and drive organizational change
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to lead discussions with Executive Leadership Team and other senior leaders

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $196,000 and $294,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidates experience, education, and skill set.
