Banco Sabadell is seeking an Corporate & Technology Platforms Engineer to join a dynamic new team within one of the fastest growing banks in Florida.

Responsibilities
• Accountable for the stability, performance, and availability of corporate applications and database environments.
• Oversee (and maybe perform) database administration (DB), corporate application support, backup and recovery operations.
• Participate (maybe hand-on) in repairs, maintenance, upgrades, and patching cycles for servers and applications.
• Investigate and resolve complex or high-impact technical issues, acting as escalation point when required.
• Govern enterprise application and database architecture standards, including. database platforms, application frameworks and middleware and integration, scalability, and resiliency patterns
• Ensure all platforms comply with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other technology teams in defining and maintaining processes and procedures regarding technical architecture, disaster recovery, capacity planning, change control, security, problem resolution, performance management, and availability. Understand HA and DR solution, and components.
• Approve, schedule, plan applications and database projects.
• Ensure proper change management.
• Create and maintain IT enterprise standards for documentation, operating procedures, configuration and change control and regularly review and improve processes to increase efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements
• Work with O365 platform/Excel
• Microsoft Servers SQL Family Version 2017 to 2025
• Microsoft Windows OS Family Like Windows 11, Windows Server 2019 to 2025
• Powershell Scripting
• Microsoft Active Directory/Entra, Users and Permissions
• VMware virtualization technologies
• Undertanding secure connections, ports, L7 apps, FW and LB.
