Qualifications:
Executive compensation and employee benefits associate with 4-7 years of experience to join our Corporate & Tax Department. The ideal candidate will have significant experience advising both companies and senior executives on all aspects of executive compensation, benefits, and related employment matters. This includes structuring, negotiating, and drafting employment, compensation, and separation agreements, as well as leading the compensation and benefits aspects of M&A transactions, financings, and bankruptcies. Candidates should bring deep experience with ERISA, Section 409A, and compliance matters involving equity plans (e.g., stock options, RSUs, profits interests), "top hat" and severance plans, and should be capable of advising compensation committees on governance and fiduciary obligations.
Salary range: $250,000 - $300,000 per year
