Americas Growth & Strategy Associate Manager will help drive the strategic direction for Accenture’s largest Market. We will serve as trusted advisors to the Americas business and leadership team, with a range of responsibilities including developing the Americas growth strategy, business strategies, operational strategies, V&A agenda, and investment strategy. We will also serve as a strategic consulting function for the Americas, solving critical complex problems for the business across industries, reinvention partners, reinvention engines, and market units.
The Americas Corporate Strategy Associate Manager will play a key role in helping to deliver our Americas G&S projects, including:
- Helping to identify and structuring the problem
- Testing hypotheses
- Owning research and analysis
- Interacting with stakeholders
- Interviewing SMEs
- Presenting recommendations to the team and leadership
- Implementing interventions and monitoring progress
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of industry dynamics, value creation opportunities, and use of technology for competitive advantage
- Strong MS Office skills
