Full Job Description
This position plays a pivotal role in actively sourcing and connecting with top talent to support the company's growth and ensure that day-to-day operations aren't interrupted. This role is sourcing-focused and works closely with hiring managers to identify potential candidates, efficiently execute hiring processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Proactively identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with qualified candidates using job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Utilize sourcing tools and technologies to target passive candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Create job descriptions to accurately reflect role duties, requirements, and responsibilities.
  • Conduct initial outreach, pre-qualify applicants, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies and adjust search criteria based on evolving business needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of sourcing activity and provide regular updates on talent pool metrics and progress.
  • Represent Joseph J. Albanese Inc. at industry events, networking opportunities, and career fairs to enhance candidate sourcing and promote the company brand.
