As our Corporate Quality Director, you'll shape how quality is defined, delivered, and sustained across our organization - ensuring every project reflects the high standards Granger is known for.

The Corporate Quality Director leads Granger's Quality Management Program, ensuring consistent, practical, and measurable quality practices across all projects, regions, and self-performed work. What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Granger's Quality Management System
  • Establish and maintain companywide quality standards aligned with industry best practices
  • Conduct jobsite visits and quality audits across regions
  • Define, track, and analyze quality metrics including rework, punchlists, warranty, and training
  • Lead warranty and rework management efforts, targeting recurring issues and root causes
  • Design and deliver practical quality training for project and field teams
  • Champion a proactive, ownership-driven culture of quality across the organization

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
