About the Role:
As an Associate on our Corporate & Private Equity team, you'll dive into high-impact deals spanning: leveraged buyouts, independent sponsor transactions, rollups, minority and junior capital investments, going-private transactions, and purchases of distressed companies. You'll also have the chance to work with emerging managers and significant limited partners forming private equity, growth equity, venture capital, mezzanine, and real estate funds-gaining exposure to one of the leading emerging manager programs in the country.
