Overview

Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP is seeking a Corporate Partner to join its Korean Practice in one of its Nationwide offices. This is an opportunity to join a growing international practice representing Korean-based companies conducting business in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a sophisticated transactional practice and a demonstrated ability to advise clients on complex domestic and cross-border corporate matters.

A Day in the Life

Represent Korean-based companies in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including fund formation, securities transactions, capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counseling. The successful candidate will advise clients on strategic business matters, maintain and expand client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the firm's Korean Practice.

We Know You

You have significant experience handling sophisticated transactional matters, including, but not limited to, fund formation, securities, and capital markets transactions. You have demonstrated business development relationships with Korean-based companies conducting business in the United States, an established and portable book of business, and a proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships. You possess strong academic credentials, excellent communication, and drafting skills, and are admitted and in good standing in the jurisdiction where you practice and Nelson Mullins maintains an office location.  If you currently reside in a non-U.S. jurisdiction, you are admitted and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. If you wish to relocate to a jurisdiction where you are not currently admitted, you must be eligible for admission in that jurisdiction, either by examination or on motion.
