- Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate issues
- Manage corporate governance documentation and compliance
- Support attorneys in preparation for closings, hearings, and trials
- Coordinate with external parties including clients, vendors, and government agencies
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or related field
- Proven work experience as a Corporate Paralegal or similar role
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
