The Senior Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing communications strategies that connect business objectives with compelling, enterprise-wide narratives. This role partners across Corporate Communications, including Public Relations, External Communications, Internal Communications, and Executive Communications, to deliver consistent messaging that strengthens brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
The position plays a key role in elevating stories beyond individual products, services, and technologies, demonstrating how the company's offerings contribute to broader strategic priorities and customer success. The role also provides communications leadership to divisional stakeholders while ensuring alignment with corporate brand standards and messaging frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing communications campaigns aligned with corporate and business priorities.
- Create compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences across divisions, functions, and external stakeholders.
- Partner with Corporate Communications teams to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to messaging across all channels.
- Translate complex products, services, technologies, and business initiatives into clear customer-focused value propositions.
- Recommend and optimize communication channels and campaign tactics to maximize reach, engagement, and impact.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and leverage data-driven insights to improve performance and business results.
- Develop advertising, promotional, and marketing communication materials that align with corporate brand standards.
- Connect marketing communications initiatives to business objectives, driving outcomes such as brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Mentor and coach junior Marketing Communications professionals, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in Marketing Communications, Corporate Communications, Brand Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
- Proven success in developing and executing integrated, multi-channel communication campaigns within complex, matrixed, or global organizations.
- Strong strategic storytelling abilities, with experience translating technical, business, or product-focused information into compelling audience-centric messaging.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders, cross-functional stakeholders, and communication partners.
- Experience leveraging campaign analytics, performance metrics, and market insights to drive continuous improvement and measurable business impact.
- Strong leadership, project management, and team development capabilities, including coaching and mentoring less experienced communications professionals.
