Our team provides corporate governance and entity management support for the Real Assets division of Macquarie Asset Management in the United States. We work closely with Legal and business stakeholders to maintain strong governance practices and accurate entity records.

In this role you will support the day-to-day governance and administration of US entities and investment structures with a focus on our wealth initiatives. You will prepare governance documentation, maintain entity records, coordinate approvals and signatures, and support regulatory and operational requirements. You will also work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to help ensure governance activities are delivered accurately and on time.

- 3-5+ years' of experience in corporate governance, entity management, paralegal, legal, or related professional services environments
- Hands on experience managing governance processes, including minute books, written consents, resolutions, officer and director updates, and document execution
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders with minimal supervision
- Understanding of risk, controls, compliance requirements, and governance practices within a regulated organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with electronic signature tools, entity management platforms, or a willingness to use new technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and quality
Salary range for this position: $73,000-99,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
