About the team
Mastercard's Corporate Functions teams play a critical role in enabling business growth by providing the insights, governance, operational rigor, and strategic support that help the organization execute effectively. These teams serve as trusted partners to business leaders, transforming data into actionable insights, driving performance measurement, managing key programs, and ensuring alignment between strategy, operations, and business outcomes. Through analytics, reporting, business planning, and cross-functional coordination, they help leaders make informed decisions and accelerate execution across the enterprise.
We are recruiting for roles in the following areas:
Business Administration
Business Administration analysts help translate Corporate Solutions strategy into disciplined execution across programs, commercialization, and go-to-market activities. They coordinate stakeholders, track milestones, actions, risks, and dependencies, maintain clear governance and status reporting, and use business and market analysis to support launches, client activation, and revenue-oriented recommendations.
Analytics & Metrics
Analytics and Metrics analysts turn transaction, customer, market, and competitive data into insights that support pricing, account performance, growth planning, and strategic decision-making. They build and refresh analyses, dashboards, QBRs, benchmarks, forecasts, and deal models, then communicate clear recommendations to sales teams, customer teams, and senior leaders.
Business Enablers
Business Enablers support the commercialization and scaling of Corporate Solutions by connecting product strategy with market execution. They research markets and competitors, analyze portfolio and business performance, track launches and client activations, maintain dashboards and governance materials, and coordinate across product, sales, services, regional, and operations teams.
Enterprise Strategy
Enterprise Strategy analysts use market intelligence, competitive research, financial analysis, and business-performance data to identify growth opportunities and help shape strategic priorities. They develop growth plans, forecasts, business cases, and executive-ready recommendations while partnering across product, sales, finance, and regional teams to translate strategy into measurable action.
As a Launcher, you will gain hands-on experience supporting business administration, analytics, metrics, or business enablement initiatives. You may contribute to developing executive reports and dashboards, conducting market and performance analysis, managing strategic projects, supporting commercialization efforts, and coordinating across teams to drive operational excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to build foundational business skills while working at the intersection of strategy, data, operations, and execution in a fast-paced global organization.
What you'll do
As a Launcher in Corporate Functions, you may:
Support business planning, executive reporting, governance, and program management activities by developing presentations, tracking key initiatives, maintaining product roadmaps, and helping leaders monitor progress against strategic goals.
Analyze business performance, market trends, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and industry research to identify opportunities, support decision-making, and inform product and commercialization strategies.
Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate data into actionable insights, helping teams measure performance, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and communicate business results to stakeholders.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, process improvements, risk management activities, and operational planning efforts that drive business growth and organizational effectiveness.
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and business reviews by gathering data, conducting analysis, and preparing materials that support executive decision-making.
Assist in the execution of commercialization and go-to-market initiatives by tracking milestones, coordinating stakeholder activities, and supporting the successful delivery of key business programs.
What we're looking for
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or accelerated Master's degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with AI-powered tools, digital platforms, and emerging technologies; willingness to leverage new technologies to enhance productivity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform research.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Innovative mindset with intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to challenge the status quo while taking thoughtful risks.
Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams

Pay Range: $80,000 - $86,000/year
