How you'll make an impactLeverage your expertise in corporate finance and loan administration to create value for major customers and support the management of a portfolio of complex accounts in collaboration with the sales and underwriting teams.
As an Associate, Corporate Financing, you'll work closely with the sales team to manage relationships with major customers and participate in all stages of setting up complex lending structures. Your ability to analyze legal and financial agreements and to work with various partners will help you to effectively support the loan approval and administration processes.

What you'll do - Establish and maintain strong customer relationships in close collaboration with the sales team for highly complex accounts
- Participate in all stages of setting up complex lending structures
- Examine and interpret complex legal agreements and ensure effective coordination with both internal and external partners
- Manage all aspects of loans, including documentation, disbursements, and account monitoring
- Support the loan approval process by collaborating with analysts and internal teams
- Deliver an excellent customer experience by responding to requests and identifying opportunities for added value and growth
What you'll bring to the team Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business or in a related field
- At least three years of experience in corporate finance, commercial finance or loan administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in both official languages (English and French)
Preferred qualifications: - In-depth knowledge of corporate finance methods and practices
- Experience in a legal setting or related education
- Experience working with financial institutions, solicitors, and external partners
