Whatyoulldo

  • Work with customers to build financing packages that meet their business needs

  • Be accountable for the execution of loans, including sales, loan structure, gathering and preparing financial documentation, securing approvals, and collaborating with internal teams to successfully complete financing

  • Build relationships with FCC customers and internal partners

  • Look for opportunities to build your loan portfolio

  • Travel to customer farms and offices to understand their business needs and provide tailored support

  • Analyze customer financial information

  • Create,processand approve new credit facilities

Whatyoullbring to the team

Requiredqualifications:

  • A bachelors degree in agriculture, business,commerceor a related field

  • Minimum one year of related experience in ag finance, lending, credit analysis, businessdevelopmentor sales(or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Experience communicating financial information or recommendations clearly to customers or internal partners

  • Proven ability to build andmaintainbusiness relationships, including engaging with customers,centres of influenceor community partners

  • Valid drivers licence and the ability to travel for customer meetings

  • Passion for agriculture, withknowledgeof farming operations or agribusiness environments

Preferredqualifications:

  • Customer service experience, ideally in a financial,agriculturalor advisory setting
