How you make a differenceThe Corporate Finance Senior Manager is a key leader and subject matter expert who supports enterprise financial analysis, transactions, and strategic decision-making. This role oversees integrated financial modeling, financial requests from investors, lenders, executives, and the Board, as well as pro forma and transaction analysis. The position leads financial diligence and Quality of Earnings support while translating financial and general ledger data into decision-ready insights. The Corporate Finance Senior Manager partners with Accounting, Treasury, Operations, Business Development, executive leadership, and external advisors to support key financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Own and maintain integrated financial models and develop scenario, sensitivity, cash flow, valuation, and transaction analyses to support strategic decisions.
- Respond to investor, lender, rating agency, Board, and executive financial requests with accurate, consistent, and decision-ready analysis.
- Lead corporate finance workstreams for acquisitions, divestitures, financing transactions, Quality of Earnings activities, and other strategic initiatives.
- Analyze and reconcile general ledger and financial reporting data while partnering with Accounting to ensure consistent financial definitions and reported results.
- Translate complex financial information into executive-level recommendations, maintain disciplined modeling standards and controls, and coach assigned team members.
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor's degree required.
- MBA in finance, economics, or accounting from a leading program, or relevant work experience preferred.
Experience
- 8-12 years of progressively responsible FP&A leadership experience.
- 5+ years of modeling experience (sensitivity, scenario, forecasting, etc.)
- Problem solver - experience working through ambiguity, helping to drive the outcome and execute on actions
- Experience in a dynamic, complex, rapidly-growing business is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in financial systems and data warehouses (designing reports and dashboards preferred) - relevant system experience would include (but not be limited to): Microsoft DAX, SAP, GP, Oracle, BI, Kronos, Hyperion, Khalix, Business Objects, Anaplan.
