Corporate Director of Food + BeverageReports to: SVP of Restaurants, Bars, + EventsAparium Hotel Group is seeking a Director, Food + Beverage to help strengthen performance, consistency, and innovation across our growing portfolio of distinctive hotels, restaurants, bars, and event venues. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Restaurants, Bars, + Events, this corporate role balances strategic leadership with hands-on support in the field.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Partner with Regional Leaders, General Managers, and property Food + Beverage teams to improve operational and financial performance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor while reinforcing property-level ownership and accountability.
- Evaluate guest experience, service standards, leadership effectiveness, and business results across the portfolio.
- Develop and implement operating standards, systems, tools, training programs, and best practices.
- Support hotel openings, transitions, operational turnarounds, and other strategic priorities.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue, strengthen margins, improve labor productivity, and elevate the guest experience.
- Guide Food + Beverage concept development, programming, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
- Coach property leaders and help build a strong pipeline of Food + Beverage talent.
- Partner across Creative, Brand, Marketing, Commercial, People + Culture, and Technical Services to bring concepts and strategies to life.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Willingness to travel 60% + of the time, sometimes a little less, sometimes a little more (with longer periods of travel during openings)
- Minimum of five (5) years at a senior multi-unit leader level, within upscale hospitality companies
- Experience in companies with best-in-class service and training cultures
- Experience in developing and implementing programs and solutions at scale
- Extensive experience successfully opening restaurants, bars, and hotels in various roles
- Professional proficiency of the English language in reading, writing and verbal communication

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary: $150,000-$175,000
