Where you'll work... This position is based at Villa Palermo in Milwaukee's Menomonee River Valley.
Villa Palermo is a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility connected to our company headquarters. Our operations include an onsite bakery producing our signature pizza crusts, advanced packaging technology, and a 24-hour distribution operation that supports customers across the country.
This is a highly visible role that interacts regularly with senior leaders and plays a key role in business decision-making.
What you'll do... You will lead the accounting function and ensure the financial foundation of the business is accurate, reliable, and actionable.
Responsibilities include: - Leading financial reporting and the monthly, quarterly, and annual close
- Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Accounting, Tax, and Risk Management
- Ensuring compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and audit standards
- Building and developing a high-performing accounting team
- Partnering with leaders to translate financial data into business insights
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Driving process improvement, automation, and system optimization
- Strengthening internal controls and financial discipline across the organization

- ERP experience (Oracle Fusion preferred)
