Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, particularly in private equity.
• Experience in software, SaaS, healthcare tech, or complex environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, revenue recognition, and internal controls.
• Demonstrated success in improving accounting operations and implementing standardized processes.
• Experience leading Netsuite ERP or making accounting system improvements preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the accounting function including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, and month-end close.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting compliant with U.S. GAAP.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, enhancing quality and efficiency.
• Evaluate and improve accounting processes for better efficiency and scalability.
• Design and implement standardized accounting processes across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues that impact billing and financial reporting.
• Optimize financial system usage while identifying automation opportunities.
