Role Overview

The Partnerships team at Harvey is responsible for enabling step-change outcomes, working in lock-step with sales and product leadership. We rapidly adapt to the changing market environment, unlock new product experiences, and deliver new business. As a member of this team, you will help us build differentiated product offerings and scalable go-to-market motions.

This role owns Harvey's product partner ecosystem, driving the end-to-end partner lifecycle-sourcing, negotiating, and operationalizing ecosystem relationships-while designing repeatable processes that allow the program to scale globally. They partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM teams to ensure every integration delivers measurable customer and revenue impact. It is a rare opportunity to shape the connective tissue of a category-defining legal AI platform at a moment when the ecosystem is still being built from the ground up.

What You'll Do
• Identify, evaluate, and scale ecosystem partnerships that expand Harvey's product capabilities and competitive moat.
• Build and own the operational processes, playbooks, and tooling that move partnerships from pipeline through execution to live deployment at scale.
• Manage active partner relationships globally, ensuring integrations remain healthy, adoption grows, and new opportunities surface from existing partnerships.
• Serve as a visible face of Harvey's ecosystem, building trusted relationships and representing Harvey in the broader startup community.
• Systematically identify and prioritize high-potential startups and emerging companies that are well-positioned to build with Harvey, using structured theses, ecosystem mapping, and data-driven signals.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate partner requirements into integration specifications, influence roadmap prioritization, incorporate ecosystem partnerships into go-to-market motions, and drive technical delivery and customer value creation.

What You Have
• 5+ years of experience in business development, product management, business operations and strategy, or a related field.
• Proven track record of engaging with external partners or customers to build, launch, and scale programs or integrations, ideally in SaaS, AI, or adjacent B2B technology markets.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and/or Operations teams to design and execute multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using both qualitative and quantitative inputs to develop theses, prioritize opportunities, and measure impact.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to context-switch between executive, operator, and technical audiences.

Compensation
