The U.S. Bank Power & Utilities Division is seeking an Analyst/Associate to join our Relationship Management team to support corporate coverage of our Independent Power Producers (7IPP8) clients.

The position will be located at U.S. Bank6s New York, Charlotte, or Denver offices and offers a hybrid work arrangement. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

U.S. Banks Power & Utility division provides a full range of products and credit services to IPPs including treasury and corporate payments services, corporate and project debt and equity financing, letters of credit, fixed income products, derivatives products including rates, commodities and foreign exchange, and global trust services.

As an Analyst / Associate on the Relationship Management team, you will support the Relationship Managers in all facets of the management and growth of U.S. Bank6s Independent Power Producer portfolio, including IPPs focused on developing, owning and / or operating renewables generation and battery energy storage projects, gas fired generation projects, and transmission assets across the U.S. power markets.0

This role has multiple levels, open to candidates with a minimum of two years of relevant banking or sales experience. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience

Basic Qualifications0

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

- Two to three years of previous banking or related finance experience, preferably within the U.S. unregulated power or project finance segments

Preferred Skills/Experience0

- Prepares marketing materials for client meetings and prospect acquisition, coordinating with product areas, as well as other activities as identified/directed by the RMs

- Monitor borrower and sector developments, including rating agency actions, regulatory changes, earnings releases, capital and liquidity trends, M&A activity, and market developments0

- Provides support in maintaining internal reports including deal tracking, pipeline reports, Salesforce reports, etc.

- Works with Power & Utilities Portfolio Management team and U.S. Bank product partners, including Treasury Payments Consultants, Project Finance, Tax Equity, and Capital Markets partners to track client and portfolio activity utilizing Salesforce and other internal systems0

- Executes pricing models and compiles information for the credit approval process

- In collaboration with portfolio managers, provide day-to-day account management support for portfolio of IPP clients ensuring credit-files and Know Your Customer requirements are complete and up to date

- Work with RMs and Portfolio Management teams to conduct due diligence and financial analysis on clients to determine long-term financing solutions and cross-sale opportunities

- Works on special projects analyzing industry trends & challenges and other areas as directed

- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word and Copilot)

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
FINRA License: If hired at the Relationship Manager Associate level, as a condition of employment, you are required to hold or obtain the following licenses: SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 within 180 calendar days of your start date. Failure to obtain the listed license(s) by 180 calendar days after your start date may impact your continued eligibility for the position, up to and including separation of employment.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $110,700.00 - 135,300.00
