The Difference You Make:

The Corporate Banking Associate plays a key role in building relationships with our highest value clients and are tasked with delivering an exceptional customer experience designed to retain and grow our top customers.

  • Effectively utilizes centralized credit support team for both new originations and portfolio management.
  • Develops a targeted COI (center of influence) list and have a detailed plan to build relationships that lead to referral business to achieve goals.
  • Builds a collaborative internal relationship with key partners. Introduce top clients to appropriate specialist to deepen share of wallet.
  • Conducts joint calling and prospecting with specialists depending on situation.
  • Provides specific assistance to assigned internal partners for outside joint calling, technical questions related to larger deposit and loan opportunities, etc.
  • Utilizes sales tracking database to manage call/relationship management activities.
  • Practice sounds risk management protocols and adhere to internal and regulatory requirements.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range:

Minimum:

$145,000.00 USD

Maximum:

$175,000.00 USD
