IT Administrator - IT Operations

Department: Information Technology
Classification: Salary Exempt
Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 annually

What You'll Do
  • Provide onsite IT support for workstations, laptops, peripherals, printers, copiers, and technology resources.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and SharePoint.
  • Manage Entra ID and Active Directory environments, including users, groups, and security policies.
  • Monitor system performance, backups, endpoint security, and infrastructure availability.
  • Lead and participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and system configurations.
  • Manage IT inventory, procurement, and asset lifecycle activities.
  • Support compliance requirements and external audits, including FDA-related audits.

Qualifications

Required: Associate Degree in Computer Science or related technical field; 4-6 years of System Administration experience.

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; manufacturing and medical device industry experience.

Technical Skills

Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, VMware, endpoint security, and related technologies.

Travel and Physical Requirements

Up to 25% travel as needed. Ability to work in office and manufacturing environments, perform extended computer work, and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
