We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our client's team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing cross functional projects and programs within the commercial bank. This role involves analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and developing strategies. The Business Analyst will provide analytical and project management support for corporate and business line strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance with Company procedures and relevant legal and regulatory guidelines. Additional responsibilities include:
- Provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level.
- Apply deep understanding of business processes and the ability to work across various business lines to drive strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with project managers to evaluate business solutions and develop strategic plans.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and present detailed reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Required Skills & Experience- 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- CBAP Certification - Certified Business Analyst Professional
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of banking regulatory requirements and industry best practices
