Description
This role reports to the VP, Value & Access, with a dotted-line relationship to the VP, Medical Affairs. In addition to administrative responsibilities, this person will support and collaborate with those across the organization on key business initiatives. These initiatives would include: 1) Vendor Contract & Invoice Management; 2) Management of Team Sharepoint Sites & Access; 3) Coordinating with Medical Affairs team and MLRCC on agenda management; 3) Assisting VPs in the execution of team meetings; and 4) Team on-boarding (including network and email management for contract employees). This role requires a friendly, energetic person with high integrity who can represent the management team with professionalism - interacting with colleagues from Zydus USA and Zydus India as well as Syneos, our partner in field execution.
There is a lot to do, so high energy levels and a great sense of humor will be required!
Requirements
The successful candidate must be able to perform each of the following satisfactorily:
• Support vendor management, including the maintenance of vendor contract (MSA and SOW) records, invoice management, and internal collaboration with Finance and Legal partners.
• Management of team Sharepoint sites, including the creation and hygiene of team sites/folders, maintaining access for appropriate users and groups, and providing team guidance to ensure these sites remain effective organizational and reference tools
• Support Medical Affairs team in agenda management for MLRCC meetings
• Provide assistance in the execution of organization-wide and functional team meetings (in collaboration with the other ZTI Project Coordinator)
• Provide administrative support to the VPs of Value & Access and Medical Affairs, as well as their leadership teams. Specific duties include calendar management, meetings and events coordination, expense reporting and travel arrangements
• Understand the legal and compliance environment and drive collaboration with both teams
• Assist team leaders with onboarding of new team members, including network and email access for contract employees
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred
• 5+ years of prior administrative and operational support, preferably within a commercial organization
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
• A basic understanding of business contracts and vendor management
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
The position will require limited domestic travel, approximately 3-5 times per year.

This is an office-based position, located in our office in Pennington, NJ.
Salary Description
$85,000 - $90,000
