Overview
ECMOCoordinator is responsible for supervision, training and leadership of technical staff. ECMO Coordinator is also responsible for quality control and improvement, equipment surveillance and maintenance

Coordinator is also responsible for patient data and ELSO Registry management.
Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelor's degree Necessary Skills: -Advanced knowledge of ECMO Physiology, modes, equipment, techniques, troubleshooting, and all related procedures. -Expert understanding of coagulation, pertinent disease processes,pharmacology, hematology as related to ECMO and circuit. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills; both verbal and written. -Ability to lead an interdisciplinary team through a critical situation while remaining professional.
Required Licensure/ Certifications: -Licensed to practice nursing in the state of Florida -OR- RRT. -BLS -ACLS Preferred.
Licensure/ Certifications: CCRN ACCS (Adult Critical Care Specialist RRT)
Required Experience: 3-5 years of Critical Care experience Preferred Experience: Advanced Critical Care ECMO experience
