This position requires a high-caliber individual to help the Firm's recruitment function to be best in class. This position requires excellent client relationship management skills as well as outstanding professional presence. This position also requires the following:
• Thinking creatively, strategically, commercially, and competitively to meet our objectives of hiring top talent and recruiting for long-term strategic fit
• Support in the planning, implementation, and execution of the summer associate program (including but not limited to organizing and participating in various internal and external events and trainings; maintaining a summer budget; acting as a resource to summer associates to ensure integration and smooth transition from law school to law firm)
• Facilitate and support the feedback/review/offer process; oversee mentoring program
• Monitor recruiting metrics/statistics; data management; and prepare relevant reports and presentations
• Build relationships with key contacts within the business and HR functions and partner with them
• Support the planning and execution of the interview season, track and manage entry-level candidates from application/ resume screening stage through to scheduling interviews and offer process, managing and tracking feedback
• Serve as the Firm's relationship manager with key contacts at law schools (i.e., careers services, placement offices, deans, faculties, student organizations) by organizing, tracking and planning outreach activities and sponsorships. Continually develop these relationships to ensure meaningful engagement and dialogue
• The ability to facilitate internal and external presentations for both on campus visits and internal trainings
• Ensure a consistent on-brand message is conveyed to recruits along with diligence in presenting the Firm's values
• Work with team on special projects as needed

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional recruiting experience in a law firm or other professional services' recruiting department
• Strong technical skills on the following applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, viRecruit, viDesktop or other Talent Management Systems
Compensation Range: $80,000 - $110,000
