What You Will Do:To provide safe and effective pharmaceutical service to patients in their home setting; to supervise and direct pharmacy supportive personnel to meet the goals of the prescribed home therapy.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- Pharmacist (R.Ph. or RPh)
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
- Board Certified Pharmacotherapy licensure/certification
