Job Description

ECS is seeking a COOP Systems Analyst - Journeyman to support the Army National Guard's enterprise IT and cybersecurity missions. The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations.

Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Task 4 - Enterprise Operations Support - provides 24/7/365 network monitoring, control, and management from the RCC-ARNG Network Operations Center (NOC) over classified and unclassified networks, delivering DoDIN services including data, voice, and video across the ARNG's distributed enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and assess enterprise continuity of operations (COOP) and disaster recovery requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive recovery documentation and validate system restoration procedures.
  • Conduct assessments of recovery time objectives (RTO) and recovery point objectives (RPO).
  • Support and participate in continuity testing exercises to ensure preparedness.
  • Evaluate system dependencies to enhance resilience and operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to align continuity planning with enterprise architecture.
  • Document and implement improvement actions to strengthen operational readiness.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure compliance with mission requirements.


Required Qualifications
  • Clearance: Secret Eligible required
  • S. Citizenship required
  • DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 411-Technical Support Specialist at the Intermediate proficiency level
  • Certifications (one or more required): CND, GFACT, GSEC, Security+
  • Education: Bachelors in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
  • Minimum of 3-10 years of experience in COOP, disaster recovery, and infrastructure resilience planning within DoD or Federal IT environments.
  • Experience in analyzing enterprise continuity requirements and developing disaster recovery documentation.
  • Proven ability to validate system restoration procedures across enterprise hosting environments.
  • Experience with RTO and RPO assessments and recovery strategy development.
  • Ability to support continuity testing exercises and evaluate recovery performance.
