Job Requirements We are looking for
Control System Engineers with strong experience in
Gas Turbine Controls development. The role requires expertise in
control logic design, sequencing, interlocks, protection logic, testing, validation, and commissioning support for gas turbine applications.
Candidates should have strong understanding of
gas turbine operation and processes along with hands-on experience in
DCS, PLC, or turbine control platforms. Experience with
GE Mark VIe is preferred. However, candidates with relevant gas turbine controls experience on other control platforms are welcome.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for

Steam Turbine, HRSG/Boiler, and Balance of Plant (BOP) Controls development. The role requires expertise in
control logic design, sequencing, interlocks, protection logic, testing, validation, and commissioning support for power generation applications.
Candidates should have strong understanding of
steam cycle operation, plant process behavior, and auxiliary systems along with hands-on experience in
DCS, PLC, or plant control platforms.
Experience with turbine or plant control systems is preferred. However, candidates with relevant controls engineering experience in Steam Turbine, HRSG, Boiler, or BOP applications on other industrial control platforms are also encouraged to apply
Roles & Responsibilities- Design, develop, and modify control logic and sequencing for Steam Turbine, HRSG, and BOP control systems
- Develop interlocks, permissives, alarms, trips, and protection logic
- Work on control loops, functional logic testing, and system validation
- Review control philosophy, P&IDs, signal lists, cause-and-effect diagrams, and other engineering documents
- Identify and resolve discrepancies before software implementation
- Support software testing, FAT, SAT, SWAT, and commissioning activities
- Support startup, commissioning, remote troubleshooting, and issue resolution in collaboration with engineering and site teams.
- Coordinate with customers, stakeholders, and internal engineering teams for requirements clarification and execution
- Support software upgrades, modifications, and technical improvements in plant controls applications
- For Lead Engineer role: guide team members, review technical deliverables, and ensure quality execution
Work Experience Required Skills- Strong experience in Steam Turbine / HRSG / Boiler / BOP Controls
- Hands-on experience in logic development and sequencing
- Good knowledge of DCS / PLC / plant control systems
- Experience in PID loops, interlocks, permissives, alarms, and trip logic
- Experience in testing, validation, FAT / SAT / SWAT
- Good understanding of steam turbine operation, HRSG/boiler process controls, plant auxiliaries, startup/shutdown sequences, and protection philosophy.
- Experience in commissioning / startup support is an advantage
- Familiarity with modern turbine / plant control systems is preferred
- Familiarity with simulation tools, virtual controllers, or model-based validation environments is a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional and global engineering teams
