Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in controls, automation, or control cabinet design
• Proficiency with CAD tools; E3 experience is a plus
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and engineering documentation processes
• Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings and project site visits

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities with internal and external stakeholders during projects
• Translate customer requirements into practical engineering solutions
• Drive design optimization to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost performance
• Facilitate technical meetings with customers, suppliers, and project teams
• Coordinate material procurement, fabrication, and installation for control cabinets
• Collaborate with global engineering teams across various regions
• Establish and monitor quality metrics for suppliers and project outputs
• Ensure compliance with IEEE, NEC, NEMA, environmental, and safety standards
