Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in controls, automation, or control cabinet design
• Proficiency with CAD tools; E3 experience is a plus
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and engineering documentation
• Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings and site visits

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities with internal and external stakeholders throughout project execution
• Translate customer requirements into effective and innovative control system solutions
• Drive design optimization initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and cost improvement
• Conduct and facilitate technical meetings with customers, suppliers, and project teams
• Coordinate material orders, fabrication activities, and installation plans for control cabinets
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes
• Develop and monitor quality measurements with external suppliers
