Role Scope- Engineer BMS controls in the reference design: sequences, points lists, and graphics for mechanical and electrical plant.
- Program and configure the platform: logic built, tested, and versioned like the software it is.
- Integrate the systems: chillers, CDUs, power monitoring, and third-party equipment speaking one language.
- Support commissioning: functional tests executed, failures diagnosed, and fixes fed back into the standard.
What We're Looking For- The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
- You've programmed BMS platforms hands-on for data centers or large facilities.
- You write sequences from scratch and improve the ones you inherit.
- You've integrated equipment over BACnet, Modbus, and vendor protocols.
- You commission your own work and fix what testing finds.
- You version and document logic so the next engineer can own it.
- Bonus: Tridium, ALC, or Siemens certification. Chilled water and liquid cooling sequences. EPMS integration. Graphics standards.
We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
