Full Job Description
Role Scope
  • Engineer BMS controls in the reference design: sequences, points lists, and graphics for mechanical and electrical plant.
  • Program and configure the platform: logic built, tested, and versioned like the software it is.
  • Integrate the systems: chillers, CDUs, power monitoring, and third-party equipment speaking one language.
  • Support commissioning: functional tests executed, failures diagnosed, and fixes fed back into the standard.
What We're Looking For
  • The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
  • You've programmed BMS platforms hands-on for data centers or large facilities.
  • You write sequences from scratch and improve the ones you inherit.
  • You've integrated equipment over BACnet, Modbus, and vendor protocols.
  • You commission your own work and fix what testing finds.
  • You version and document logic so the next engineer can own it.
  • Bonus: Tridium, ALC, or Siemens certification. Chilled water and liquid cooling sequences. EPMS integration. Graphics standards.

We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
