We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Financial Controller to lead our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. This pivotal role involves overseeing all accounting functions, managing compliance with regulatory standards, and driving strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in accounting principles, regulatory frameworks, and financial management software, with a passion for fostering transparency and accuracy in financial processes.

  • Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
  • Oversee employees accounting operations.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Lead the preparation of detailed financial reports, including financial statements, budget forecasts, and regulatory filings.
  • Conduct thorough cash management activities, including cash flow forecasting and bank account reconciliations using software such as QuickBooks
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Work directly with outside accounting firm for maintaining books
