What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 8+ years of executive level accounting/finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
What You'll Do- Lead all accounting and finance operations, including AP, AR, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and audits.
- Prepare timely monthly and annual financial statements.
- Develop and maintain internal controls and financial processes.
- Partner with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
