Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounting Department and outsourced operations for accurate financial reporting.
• Partner with external accounting and tax services to enhance process efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Oversee corporate accounting functions including financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage year-end reporting, tax prep, and cash-to-accrual conversions for multi-entity operations.
• Review financial documents for accuracy and compliance, including trial balances and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with the CFO on financial strategy, planning, and tax projections.
• Serve as the liaison for banking relationships and corporate cash management.
