About the roleWe are seeking a hands-on Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations for our high-growth, publicly traded organization with multiple subsidiaries, various business lines, and multiple ERP/GL systems.
This role is for a true owner of the accounting function-someone who organizes teams, builds scalable processes, and ensures that monthly close and internal reporting execute consistently and predictably, with the Controller independently managing day-to-day execution while partnering with VP leadership on ad hoc transactions or judgment-intensive items.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly accountable, and thrives in environments where ownership, discipline, and execution are simply core expectations. Beyond day-to-day execution, this role requires the ability to analyze outcomes, detect errors or inconsistencies, solve the problem or propose a solution, and articulate explanations with clarity. This role will report to the VP Accounting

What you'll bring- CPA required
- Public company experience required, experience with a large public company preferred
- Industry experience at a public company with a large ERP system (NetSuite preferred)
- System heavy knowledge for how to run and manage and ERP system
- Strong excel skills for large data sets
- Progressive with technology and AI integration
Compensation and Benefits - Competitive Salary: $175,000-$225,000 (commensurate with experience) + bonus + sign-on equity grant.
