TL;DRWe're looking for a hands-on Controller experienced in SaaS to be a pillar of our Finance team. In this role, you'll own the accuracy of our financials, shape accounting processes and systems, and partner closely with our CFO on everything from day-to-day operations to debt and equity. WHAT YOU'LL DOFinancial Close & Reporting- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes, ensuring accurate journal entries, analyses, and reconciliations
- Prepare and distribute financial reports for decision-making
- Partner with teams to gather data for variance analysis and provide actionable insights
- Set and enforce accounting standards, documentation practices, and internal controls across the team
Operational Finance - Lead and grow the Finance team
- Manage the Quote-to-Cash cycle in collaboration with sales and operations
- Oversee Procure-to-Pay, ensuring timely vendor payments and cost efficiency
- Ensure accurate Record-to-Report processes
- Coordinate with tax advisors on filings and regulatory requirements
- Foster strong communication and alignment between Finance and cross-functional partners
Process Optimization & Strategic Projects- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities
- Own accounting systems and tooling (ERP, payroll, expense, equity platforms)
- Lead special projects like system implementations, financial due diligence, and acquisitions
- Partner with the CFO on financial readiness for strategic transactions
WHAT YOU BRING - Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA or equivalent certification is a plus!
- Track record of growth in accounting in SaaS or high-growth environments
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and analysis
- Proficient in Excel, financial tools, accounting software, and ERP systems
- Skilled at communicating complex financial information to diverse audiences

WHAT WE OFFER- Estimated base salary range $130,000 - 150,000 plus annual discretionary bonus.
