Must be hands on, manage a staff of 4 with multiple properties with approximately 2200 units in multiple states. Well versed in full cycle accounting, software improvements, process improvements, and reimbursements. Close by the 15th with accurate and detailed financials.
The ideal candidate is a detailed oriented individual who will oversee the company's financial stability and accounting personnel. You will be responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Accounting Software Systems ( Rent Manager, AppFolio, Yardi)
- GAAP knowledge
- Payroll and HR (Bambo HR)
Comp to 150 (maybe a little more for right candidate)
