About YouYou are a hands-on accounting leader who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and helping a growing SaaS business make better decisions through accurate, timely financial information. You bring strong technical accounting judgment, but you also understand that the best finance leaders are business partners - translating numbers into insights, identifying risks and opportunities, and helping teams operate with greater clarity and accountability.
You are motivated by accuracy, scalability, and continuous improvement. You are comfortable working in the details while also stepping back to strengthen systems, controls, and reporting practices. You thrive in an evolving environment where processes are still being refined, and you bring a steady, solutions-oriented approach to both day-to-day accounting operations and larger organizational initiatives.
You are also a people leader and cross-functional partner. You know how to coach and develop team members, collaborate with leaders across the business, and communicate financial concepts in a way that is clear, practical, and actionable.
