Qualifications

• Several years of accounting experience in AP/AR, general ledger, and ERP systems.
• Strong grasp of GAAP principles.
• Familiarity with Pentagon 2000 ERP system is a plus.
• Experience with Justworks or Insperity benefits administration platforms could be beneficial.
• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and personable with a strong collaborative spirit.
• Adaptable with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working with a small team.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational accounting functions, including bank reconciliations and month-end close.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and manage financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow and forecasting for the organization.
• Monitor and provide insights on inventory levels, ensuring functionality of the existing system.
• Utilize and supervise the Pentagon 2000 ERP system effectively.
• Deliver actionable financial insights to the CEO and leadership team.
• Contribute to strategic financial planning initiatives.
