Job Summary:The Controller II of Finance provides enterprise-wide leadership over financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal planning. This role has authority across all finance functions and works closely with executive leadership to support informed decision-making. The Controller II of Finance also provides supervisory oversight of Billing and Revenue Cycle operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial performance.
What You Will Do: - Lead agency-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Develop and oversee financial models, projections, and variance analyses to support executive and Board decision-making
- Maintain authority and oversight across all finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and revenue cycle operations
- Provide supervisory oversight of Billing and Revenue Cycle functions, ensuring accurate and timely billing, collections, and reimbursement
- Monitor reimbursement trends, payer performance, cash flow, and revenue optimization strategies
- Collaborate with executive leadership to assess financial risk, sustainability, and growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and county regulations, contracts, and reporting requirements
- Prepare and oversee financial reports, statistics, and analyses for leadership, Board committees, and external stakeholders
What We Need to See:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
- One to three years of experience in most or all of the following areas:
- Budgeting and financial management
- Strategic planning
- Compliance and regulatory oversight
- Revenue cycle or billing operation
