ResponsibilitiesWith support from BJC attorneys and Senior/Lead Contract Managers negotiate or renegotiate commercial and legal terms and conditions with third parties.Manage the Sourcing portfolio expiring contracts calendar and new contract requests overseeing the compliance of contracts within company policies and all contractual processes and actions.Draft, interpret, and evaluate contract language with minimal deviation.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align on timelines, deliverables, approvals, etc.Minimum RequirementsEducationBachelor's DegreeExperienceSupervisor Experience
