Contracts Manager – Services Execution & Contract Development
About the role:
As a Contracts Manager, you will lead development and execution of commercial strategy of assigned products and/or markets and contractual strategy, stewards of the strategy of the business units.

What you will do:
- Identify and analyze organizational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks within the COGMD business unit, developing strategies that support business objectives and operational excellence.
- Lead and coordinate the daily activities of employees responsible for contract negotiation, execution, and administration while ensuring effective resolution of customer concerns and escalations.
- Develop, implement, and manage a contract approval framework aligned with COGMD's business strategy, governance requirements, and risk management standards.
- Oversee contract management, pricing governance, and customer agreements to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and business objectives.
- Partner cross-functionally to balance customer requirements, operational capabilities, and organizational priorities, driving timely decisions and successful outcomes.
- Provide leadership and direction to teams supporting customer engagement, contract administration, and business operations while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Negotiating: Knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques; ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Additional Qualifications:
- 10+ years of related contract management experience.
- Previous leadership experience with demonstrated coaching and people development responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Summary Pay Range:
$159,120.00 - $238,680.00
