RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the entire contract management process, including RFP/RFQ reviews, proposal preparation and submission, contract negotiation, and contract administration through to close-out.
Serve as the lead contracts administrator for the respective federal market contract portfolio, ensuring meticulous management and strategic oversight.
Review and recommend contract terms and conditions to guarantee compliance with company policies, government specifications, and requirements.
Provide expert advice to technical and program personnel on contractual rights, obligations, and best practices.
Utilize experience in identifying, mitigating, and resolving program risks and issues to ensure proactive management and strategic resolution.
Participate actively in program management review meetings, debriefs, and kickoff meetings, ensuring contractual aspects are aligned with program objectives.
