Indra Air Traffic is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee end-to-end contract management. This role serves as the primary contractual interface with customers and plays a critical part in ensuring regulatory compliance and advising legal and commercial leadership on contract-related business decisions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in federal procurement and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary lead for end-to-end contract management.
- Review, negotiate, and administer contract terms and conditions with customers
- Track key contractual deadlines and ensure alignment of documentation with program requirements
- Ensure compliance with federal procurement regulations and serve as the primary customer interface on related compliance matters
- Advise on contractual and business decision-making, supporting program performance and client relationship management
- Act as the primary company interface with customer contracting officers and procurement agents
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 8 years of contract management experience (in lieu of degree, experience will be accepted)
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working for or supporting government contractors in the defense or aerospace sector
- Active or prior U.S. security clearance
