This role will have responsibilities supporting the full contract life cycle including cradle to grave contract management and critical product line partnership duties in government, commercial, and civil contracting environments. The Defense & Systems Contracts Team is the primary focal to government, airframer and commercial procurement customers and accountable for contracting actions across all phases of a Program: proposal strategy, solution development, production, sustainment and closeout. The Contracts Team provides expert knowledge in customer relationships and regulations, contract terms, price and profit negotiation, risk analysis and mitigation strategies, and scope and change management. As a trusted partner to the business, Contracts collaborates across multiple functions with a focus on meeting business objectives while balancing customer expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Support of various contracts and agreements (fixed price, cost reimbursement, prime, sublevel, FAR Part 12/15, OTA, international, civil, etc.) with heavy focus on US Government traditional contract structures and standardizing processes for maximum throughput.
- Cross-functional collaboration to support and guide the capture process for new opportunities as well as ensure continued execution of existing agreements.
- Risk assessment, disposition, and flow-down of FAR and DFARs requirements and commercial terms and conditions for solicitations and contracts.
- Contract life cycle support for multiple programs including solicitation assessment, proposal strategy and compilation, audit and negotiation, contract operation and change management, customer relationship maintenance, administration of claims and disputes and contract closeout.
- Commitment to compliance, quality, and timeliness.
- Participation in special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- 5-7 years of experience in government, commercial, or international contract formation and execution.
- Experience with administration of Federal Acquisition Regulations, with emphasis in Parts 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and 15 Contracting by Negotiation, and the aligned DoD Regulation Supplement.
- Experience evaluating risk against commercial terms and conditions.
- Experience briefing stakeholders including cross functional team members and functional leadership.
- Periodic travel required.

The base pay range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on December 31st, 2026.
