Contracts Management Senior (Level 3)
Location: Fort Worth TX
What You Will Be Doing
The Contracts Management Senior (Level 3) role within the ADP Contracts Team is responsible for leading and executing a broad range of contract lifecycle activities in a fast-paced aerospace and defense environment. This position is ideally suited for a professional with 3+ years of contract management experience who can effectively manage contracts from capture through close-out while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support program execution, mitigate risk, and drive strong business outcomes through sound contract management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contracts throughout the full lifecycle, including capture, proposal, negotiation, execution, and close-out
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and regulatory guidelines
- Partner with cross-functional teams including program management, finance, legal, and supply chain to support program objectives
- Support proposal development activities, including contract review, risk assessment, and terms and conditions analysis
- Administer and interpret contracts to ensure proper execution and alignment with customer requirements
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks while supporting business objectives
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and records throughout the lifecycle
- Support negotiations and communications with customers to resolve contract-related issues
- Provide guidance and support to program teams on contract-related matters
- Contribute to continuous improvement of contract management processes and best practices

Who You Are
You are a detail-oriented and proactive contracts professional with experience managing contracts across the full lifecycle in a dynamic environment. You bring a strong understanding of contract administration, compliance, and risk management, along with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
You have experience supporting proposals, negotiations, and contract execution, and you are comfortable interpreting contract language and communicating key requirements to stakeholders. You are organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
You are a strong communicator who builds relationships easily and contributes to team success, while remaining focused on delivering results that support both customer needs and business objectives.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
Must be able to attain and maintain a Government Security Clearance (Top Secret).
3+ years related experience as a minimum
Desired skills
- Active Security Clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
- Familiarity with standard contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M, FPIF) and appropriate application
- Understanding of contract lifecycle management (proposal 12 negotiation 12 award 12 administration 12 closeout)
- Experience and proficiency in the following areas:
a) Proposal development and compliance matrices
b) Contract awards and definitization
c) Experienced in contract documentation and audit readiness
d) Modifications, change management, and ECPs
e) Ability to track deliverables, funding, and period of performance
f) Intellectual property protections and data rights assertion frameworks (e.g., DFARS 252.227 series)
g) Ability to identify contractual risks and escalate appropriately, including negotiation of customer Terms & Conditions negotiation support, limitation of liability and indemnification concepts
- Strong written and verbal communicator for tasks including contract summaries, and customer correspondence
- Demonstrated experiences in supporting proposals, contract awards, and post-award support
- Team player who desires collaborative environment working alongside program managers, finance teams, estimating and pricing roles, and legal counterparts
More exposure to pricing, BOEs, and execution strategy
- Financial acumen and understanding cost vs. price, fee/profit mechanics, basic estimating concepts, and BOEs
Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of initiative
- Ability to analyze contract funding, burn rates, and obligations
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $89,300 - $154,905. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
