Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven expertise in contract management, focusing on complex contract closeouts.
• Strong understanding of different contract types and procurement regulations, covering the entire contract lifecycle.
• Exceptional attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving discrepancies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
• Active Top Secret clearance with an in-scope SSBI/T5 background investigation; ability to obtain and maintain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information and Special Access Programs.
• Willingness to consent to a polygraph examination as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for comprehensive final contract closeouts, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled and administrative actions resolved.
• Ensure complete delivery, thorough inspection, and formal acceptance of all contractual end items.
• Verify resolution and documentation of all administrative actions, including financial audits, and final invoices.
• Review contract files for compliance with organizational policies and maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate proactively with project managers, financial teams, subcontractors, and vendors to address outstanding issues.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive closeout packages, formally recommending contracts for closure once criteria are met.
